This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we use and protect that information, and the choices available to you.
By using our website or submitting information through a Kinesic Media form or training registration process, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
Information We May Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with Kinesic Media.
Information You Provide
- Name and contact information, such as email address and, when provided, telephone number.
- Organization, agency, employer, department, title, position, or similar professional information.
- Information submitted through our contact, registration, support, or training-related forms.
- Account credentials and information needed to create or maintain a Kinesic Media training account.
- Communication preferences, including whether you wish to receive optional informational or marketing communications from Kinesic Media.
Training and Course Information
- Course registration and enrollment information.
- Course access dates and, where applicable, access-expiration dates.
- Training progress, completed lessons or Parts, Knowledge Check activity and results, course completion, and certificate records.
- Information needed to administer, support, reset, verify, or report training participation.
Website and Technical Information
Our website and supporting systems may automatically receive technical information such as Internet Protocol address, browser or device information, login and session data, security and anti-spam information, error or diagnostic information, and limited usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and training experience. Video playback systems may also record information such as playback activity, completion, or related viewing analytics when those features are enabled.

- Register, enroll, authenticate, and authorize participants for Experience “BTAP” or “BTAP” Training.
- Administer course access periods, progress, Knowledge Checks, completion records, and certificates.

- Manage Experience “BTAP” prospect records and understand organizational interest in “BTAP”.
- Send the three brief Experience “BTAP” follow-up messages described at registration during the seven days following completion.
- Maintain internal operational, reporting, audit, and business records.
- Protect the security and integrity of our website, accounts, training systems, and users.
- Diagnose technical issues and improve the accessibility, reliability, and usability of our services.
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, or administrative requirements.
Experience BTAP Prospect Information
When you register for Experience “BTAP”, Kinesic Media may maintain a prospect record associated with your registration. That record may include your name, organization, title or position, email address, optional telephone number, registration and access dates, participation status, completion information, certificate status, and communication preferences.
Prospect information is maintained separately from formal client-organization training records unless Kinesic Media later establishes an organizational relationship that makes it appropriate to associate those records. Access to prospect information is limited to authorized Kinesic Media personnel and service providers who need the information for legitimate business or technical purposes.
Email and Other Communications
Some communications are necessary to provide or support a service you requested. These may include account information, login or access information, enrollment notices, course reminders, access-expiration notices, completion or certificate information, and responses to support requests.
Experience “BTAP” follow-up. Registration for Experience “BTAP” includes three brief follow-up emails sent during the seven days following completion. These messages may provide additional information about the complete “BTAP” program, a concise program overview or resource, and an invitation to contact Kinesic Media if you have questions. They are part of the Experience “BTAP” participant experience and are disclosed on the registration page before you register.
Optional additional communications. The optional communications choice presented during Experience “BTAP” registration is separate from the three follow-up messages described above. If you choose to receive additional communications, Kinesic Media may send occasional news, resources, or information about “BTAP”, Kinesic Media services, or related opportunities. Choosing not to receive those optional communications does not affect your Experience “BTAP” access and does not add you to an ongoing marketing list beyond the disclosed three-message follow-up sequence.
Where an unsubscribe or preference option is provided, you may use it to stop optional marketing communications. Opting out of optional marketing communications does not prevent us from sending necessary service-related messages associated with an active account, course, registration, or support request.
How We Share Information
Kinesic Media does not sell personal information.
We may disclose information to hosting providers, software platforms, email or communications providers, security and anti-spam services, technical support providers, contractors, or other service providers that help us operate KinesicMedia.com and deliver our training and business services. Those providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services or support our operations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect the rights or safety of Kinesic Media or others, investigate misuse or security incidents, enforce applicable agreements, or support a business transaction involving Kinesic Media.

KinesicMedia.com may use cookies or similar browser technologies that are necessary for functions such as account login, session management, security, preferences, form operation, and training access. Some supporting services may also use cookies or similar technologies for limited analytics, security, or performance functions. How Long We Keep Information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business and training-record purposes, to maintain completion or certificate records, to support customer or participant relationships, and to satisfy legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or operational requirements.
Expiration of Experience “BTAP” course access does not necessarily delete the participant’s account, completion history, prospect record, or earned promotional certificate. Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise removed in accordance with Kinesic Media’s operational and legal requirements.
Information Security
Kinesic Media uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No website, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact Kinesic Media to ask questions about the personal information we maintain about you, request correction of inaccurate information, update communication preferences, or request deletion of information when appropriate. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may need to be retained for legitimate training-record, certificate, contractual, security, legal, or other business purposes.

Children’s Privacy
Kinesic Media’s website and training services are intended for organizations and adult professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through our website or training-registration processes.
